The day is here for us to act on the words that we have spoken over the last few months. If we only talk about what this country should look like and how the men and women in government should act, but never carry out the hard work and sacrifice that it will take then we will get exactly what we deserve.

This is the first day to gather petitions to get ballot access in the state of Illinois. I must get over 15,514 to get my name on the ballot this fall, and the party as a whole needs over 25,000. I would love not to have to bother any one of you, but the reality is that I cannot do this by myself. I need each of you to step forward and assist me in this endeavor.

Just so you know that I am not expecting any of you to do something that I am not willing to do myself, I am committed to going out three weekdays and every Saturday from now until June 14th. Of course I do not expect any of you to make the same commitment as I am. Determine what kind of commitment you can make, whether that is getting 10 signatures or signing up to go out three weekends during the next three months. We will also need individuals to go out during community events.

To make this all work we need to make sure that there is some sort of coordination between individuals. Chuck Kuhns has stepped forward to fill this role. Let us take advantage of the opportunity that sets squarely before us. If we do not get the required signatures to get on the ballot, then everything that we have done up to this point was done in vain. I truly believe that this is the year that the people can take back this out of control government. I hope that you will join me in this battle to restore our constitutional government.

The democrats and republicans speak of the great differences between the two parties. They try to highlight these differences during election time, and try to convince the public that unless you vote for them the other party will set this country back 100 years. However actions always speak louder than words, so let us take a look at the actions of the two parties.

Thank you for taking the time to visit this website.  Christian Falconer is running for representative of the 12th Congressional District of Illinois.  It is time that we embark on a new path and leave the two party system behind.  For far too long we have allowed the Democrats and Republicans to control the operations of our government.  Although there are members of both parties who strive to do what is best for their constituents and the country, far too many are concerned with how to retain their power and position.

Please browse the website and become familiar with my outlook and stances.  I hope you will find that we agree more than we disagree.  Together we can take back our country.  Although you might hear that voting for third parties is wasting your vote, I can assure you that the only wasted vote is one not made in good conscience.

Under the noble banners of “the common good” and “the general welfare,” the government of these United States has usurped far too much authority and responsibility from the states and the people. As Jefferson said in the Declaration of Independence, whenever a government becomes destructive of the rights of the people, it is the duty of the people to alter or abolish it. Our current federal government is destructive of true liberty, and it is time for we the people to restore our republic to its constitutional limits.
